Pairing food and wine does not have to be hard! Join us for an evening of exploring the principles of good wine pairings. First we will introduce you to the basic interactions you should consider when matching food and wine and taste different styles of wine (all made right here at Brooklyn Winery). Then we'll experiment by trying different components of food (for instance, lemon and salt) to discover how food really interacts with the wines. You’ll discover that there’s nothing about wine pairing to be intimidated about and you'll leave with the confidence to go out and experiment with new wine and foods! Please note that this class does not include snacks or a meal, but you can expect to taste and smell different elements of food as examples.
