Blending Sessions

Looking for a one-of-a-kind experience to share with friends and family? Then it’s time to hold a private wine blending session in The Parlor at Brooklyn Winery. Wine blending is the act of mixing different wines with the goal of producing a new wine. Many wineries do this in an effort to enhance and polish their wines before bottling. During a blending session, you and your guests will have the opportunity to taste different wines and then discover how the wines change with the addition of other varietals. Blending sessions include a dedicated staff who will walk you through the process. Add some delicious food from our catering menu to round out your event.
