2010 Riesling


Winemaker's Notes: This Riesling is light and crisp, yet supported by a supple mouthfeel. Hints of tropical aromatics combined with pear and apple make this a perfect summer sipper.


Batch 078 Riesling

2011 Riesling


Aromatics consist of Pineapple, lemon peel, and guava. Mouthwatering acidity with a long finish make this a true thirst quencher on a warm day. Fermented and aged in Stainless steel to preserve the rich tropical fruit that Riesling can offer.

2009 Riesling


Winemaker's Notes: This Riesling was barrel fermented to complete dryness, and aged in 12-year-old French oak barrels. It offers hints of mushroom and earth, but complemented by ripe stone fruits.


Batch 062 Chardonnay

2011 Chardonnay


Batch 062 is a 100% Single Vineyard Chardonnay grown in the Finger Lakes, and produced in Brooklyn. The technique of fermenting and aging in stainless steel was used to trap the essence of the fruit while maintaining a crisp minerality.

Aromatics consist of Apricot and Apple along with river stones and flint. A juicy minerality and long clean finish support flavors of Peach, Nectarine, and honey.

 


Ole Faithful

2010 Riesling


Winemaker's Notes: This Riesling was fermented with natural yeast in 12-year-old French oak barrels. While remaining light, there is a certain weight that comes through in this wine as it tips its hat back to the Old World techniques of Germany before the advances of modern winemaking.


Batch 002 Orange Chardonnay

2011 Chardonnay


An orange hued wine due to the full skin contact during fermentation. This is as Natural a wine as it can get. No added yeast or sulfites, just nature doing its' thing. The aromatics offer strong notes of dried apricot and black tea, while the rich mouthfeel brings flavors reminiscent of a Saison style beer. A white wine made like a red wine.  Bottled in 375ML bottles.


Batch 075 Rose of Old Vine Zinfandel

2011 Zinfandel


Strawberry soda, Pomegranate juice, and orange zest aromatics jump out of the glass on this wine. Light and airy but with plenty of substance, this pink hued wine will surely please anyone familiar with Rose’ from the South of France. Hints of watermelon jolly rancher tickle the finish.

Winemaker's Notes: Stone fruit aromatics mix with hints of vanilla and smoke. Lush mouthfeel with a touch of birthday cake. Made in a "California" style. 30% new French oak.


The Bruno

2010 Chardonnay


Winemaker's Notes: An orange-hued wine due to the skin contact during fermentation. This is as natural a wine as it can get. No added yeast or sulfites, just nature doing its thing. The aromatics offer strong notes of dried apricot and black tea, while the rich mouthfeel displays thick phenolics and a hint of tannin. Not your normal Chardonnay! Made in a Brooklyn style.

2010 Zinfandel/Cabernet Sauvignon


Winemaker's Notes: A light and refreshing rosé without being simple. Made from 80% Old Vine Zinfandel and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine will transport you to the South of France.


Brooklyn Noir

2010 Pinot Noir


Winemaker's Notes: Pinot Noir grown in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma, CA. Soft and approachable, this fruit forward style of Pinot offers hints of ripe cherry and vanilla, supported by an elegant structure that carries you through the long finish.
