Stainless Steel Aged Riesling
Fermented dry in stainless steel for forty days and then aged in stainless steel for nine months before bottling, this wine captures the essence of Riesling with tropical aromatics and mouthwatering acidity.
Stainless Steel Aged Chardonnay
This single vineyard Chardonnay was aged in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation. A juicy minerality and long clean finish support aromatics of apricot, apple, river stones and flint, along with flavors of peach, nectarine, and honey.
Rosé of Old Vine Zinfandel
An aromatic, dry rosé made from 50-year-old Zinfandel vines, yet it remains fresh and vibrant with hints of pomegranate juice, strawberry soda, and orange zest. This radiant wine is our nod to the pink wines from the South of France.
North Fork Blend
This wine is produced from Bordeaux and Loire Valley clones grown less than two miles from the Atlantic Ocean. A blend of 81% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Franc, this red is rustic and rich yet complex and elegant.
Old Vine Zinfandel
Big and bold, yet smooth and sensual, this wine was made from 50-year-old vines and includes 93% Zinfandel, with 7% Petite Sirah added for increased tannic structure. This robust, powerful wine was aged for 15 months in the barrel, bringing intense...
Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic Napa Cabernet from a superb vintage, this wine was aged for 22 months, resulting in integrated tannins and notes of dark red fruits. Deep blackberry bramble mingles with a smooth mouthfeel and clean finish.
