Brooklyn Winery is seeking a talented salesperson with 2+ years experience in the wedding industry to maintain and grow its successful wedding business. Brooklyn Winery hosts 85-100 weddings per year and is looking for a bright, assertive new manager to both maintain this business, maximize available inventory, and grow the average wedding budget within the space. This Wedding Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Developing marketing strategy to maintain and grow awareness in the wedding market
Driving and responding to wedding inquiries
Taking clients through the full sales process from inquiry to post-booking, including but not limited to:
Responding to client with all basic wedding information
Client qualification and appointment booking
Contract & Booking
Follow-up and client maintenance until client is introduced to their event manager
Meeting monthly sales goals and accurately tracking projections
Updating and maintaining all wedding sales collateral and website language
The candidate should be extremely personable, well organized and a self-starter. Weekend availability is required to accommodate client needs.

2 Year NYC experience
Food handler's certificate
Strong knife skills a must (This includes owning your own knives)
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
Flawless track record with attendance
Working knowledge of the English language
