All wedding cuisine is handled in-house by Executive Chef David Colston and Head Catering Chef, Christine Wells. Chef Colston has worked for culinary luminaries such as David Chang of Momofuku and Paul Liebrandt of Corton, bringing his expertise to our in-house catering menu. Our elegant wedding menu focuses on seasonal ingredients to provide you and your guests with an experience that’s both delicious and memorable.
