All wedding cuisine is handled in-house by Executive Chef David Colston and Head Catering Chef, Christine Wells. Chef Colston has worked for culinary luminaries such as David Chang of Momofuku and Paul Liebrandt of Corton, bringing his expertise to our in-house catering menu. Our elegant wedding menu focuses on seasonal ingredients to provide you and your guests with an experience that’s both delicious and memorable. You will even have the choice to include an interactive raw bar, wine pairing stations, late night snacks, and more.
We are passionate about creating the best experience possible for you and your guests. All bartenders and waitstaff are highly trained service industry professionals. We also provide each couple with a dedicated Event Manager, who confirms all details of the wedding, communicates with outside vendors, conducts food tastings, and will be present the day of your wedding to ensure that everything is executed to perfection.
