Wine Club FAQs
No, all wine club shipments must be sent via UPS. Unfortunately we cannot offer a pickup option.
If you are having trouble signing up for the Brooklyn Winery Wine Club, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to ensure that your email is responded to within 1 business day.
All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Due to various state laws we are unable to ship to all 50 states. We currently ship all of our wines within New York State, and we ship select wines to the following states:
- New Jersey
- North Carolina
- Washington, DC
Wine Club orders are shipped quarterly in March, June, September, and December and will be delivered within 2-5 business days of when the wine is shipped.
Your first order will be sent to you within a week of joining the club unless you sign up within the calendar month (February, May, August, November) prior to the next scheduled shipment, in which case you will receive the scheduled shipment in March, June, September, or December.
Extreme Weather Shipping Policy: Because extreme heat or cold can affect the quality of wine, during periods of extreme temperature we will hold your purchase until we can ensure safer travel. If the weather is extreme, we will contact you via email and let you know that we are holding your delivery until a better time. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Brooklyn Winery cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery and cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, General Delivery, or APO/FPO.
When shipping wine, we strongly recommend that you use a business address if possible, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment.
All shipments are shipped via UPS ground. Other shipping options are available upon request and shipping charges will be adjusted to cover expedited shipping.
