On Thursday, February 14, celebrate Valentine's Day by sharing a romantic dining experience with your loved one at Brooklyn Winery. Executive Chef David Colston is preparing a fine three-course menu especially for the occasion, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The prix fixe menu will be as follows, with guests choosing one item from each course:
First Course
- Watercress salad, winter citrus, sheep’s milk blue cheese, green olive, pistachio, chili oil
- Crispy fried duck confit, frisée salad, mustard sauce, bacon lardon, quail egg
- Fried bay scallops with green apple and celery salad, pomegranate seed
Second Course
- Aged beef tenderloin, roasted baby beets, chèvre whipped mashed potatoes, horseradish butter
- Grilled arctic char, Meyer lemon butter sauce, young braising greens, new potatoes
- Wild mushroom agnolotti, toasted pine nuts, mushroom broth
Third Course
- Dark chocolate and beet cake, crème fraîche, toasted hazelnuts
- Lemon posset and a selection of cookies
The prix fixe price is $65 per person (not including beverages). We do require reservations, as this Valentine's Day dinner is not a usual night out at our wine bar. We will be able to accommodate a limited number of walk-ins at the bar on a first come, first served basis.
To make a reservation, please call 347-763-1506.
Please note that our standard shared plates menu will not be available on Valentine's Day. Dinner will not be pre-paid.
