Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah Blend
Very bright fruit components and an intense color. Dark chocolate, blueberry, cigar box, and tobacco leaf mingle with a fleshy mid-palate and strong tannin profile. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah.
Pinot Noir - Russian River
Aged in 33% new French oak and gently hand-processed from harvest to bottle, this elegant wine showcases true refinement and depth of fruit. A blend of three different clones of Pinot Noir feature different bright and fruity elements.
Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in stainless steel for nine months. A bright and vibrant wine packed with flavors of strawberry jelly, plum, breadbox, and papaya, along with cherry hard candy and nice long finish. A zesty wine that will pair well with buttery or fatty foods.
Cabernet Franc
A Loire Valley clone grown on the North Fork of Long Island, this Cab Franc is very similar to a wine from Chinon. Rustic and lean, with rich complexities and earthy elements.
