The April Wine Dinner

Our next wine dinner explores the partnership between local farmers & winemaking. As winemakers, we have a deep appreciation for the labor that goes into harvesting delicious, fresh food for everyone to enjoy. 

The April 28th Wine Dinner is five courses featuring oysters, black radish carpaccio, scallop crudo, smoked duck breast, and white chocolate mousse for dessert. 

The price is $85 per person and includes a wine pairing for each course. 20% gratuity for our hard working staff is additional.

SCALLOP CRUDO

parihuela gazpacho, pickled Fresno chili, passion fruit

Farms: American Pride (scallops)


SMOKED DUCK BREAST

mandarin orange, spring peas, oyster mushrooms, kataifi

Farms: Hudson Valley (duck), Mushroom Queens (oyster mushrooms)


WHITE CHOCOLATE LABNEH MOUSSE

rhubarb & Brooklyn Winery cabernet gelee, poached rhubarb, honey-lemon foam
